What you submit
When you request a demo or enquire about a pilot, we collect the name, email address, organisation, role, farm size range, and message you choose to provide. We also record your enquiry type, consent, and submission time. Fields marked as required are needed to respond.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss your stated requirements, and maintain a record of that conversation. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Storage and email
Enquiries are stored in this website’s WordPress database and are accessible to authorised website administrators. A notification may also be sent to the configured site operator’s email address. Hosting and email providers process data as needed to deliver those services. Website administrators should retain records only as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable obligations.
Demonstration data
The interactive agent demo uses fixed example data and runs in your browser. Your scenario selections and review clicks are not sent to an AI provider. This website does not ingest live farm records through the demo.
Preferences and abuse prevention
The light or dark display preference is stored locally in your browser. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions; the form does not save your raw network address in the lead record. The hosting provider may maintain separate server logs. WordPress may use cookies for administrator sessions.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry record by contacting us through the contact section. Please identify the email address used for your enquiry. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive farm information unless a separate secure process has been agreed.
Future services
A production pilot or integration may require separate data-handling terms. We will describe those arrangements before asking you to share operational data through a new service. This policy should be updated when the website’s actual providers or processing practices change.
